Shipping Policy

Shipping Information

At Utsav Ghar, we aim to make your shopping experience simple and convenient. This policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after the order details and payment status have been verified.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, supplier confirmation, and order volume. If an unexpected delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate relevant updates.

Shipping Locations

We currently intend to serve customers within India. Shipping availability may depend on the delivery address, supplier coverage, and courier service availability.

Please confirm that your location is serviceable before placing an order if you have any concerns.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout or communicated through our available customer support channels when confirmed.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, high-demand periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any free-shipping offer will apply only when its stated conditions are met.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be shared after the supplier or shipping partner dispatches your order.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear in the courier system.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please check your shipping address and contact details carefully before placing an order.

If you notice an error or experience a delivery issue, contact us as soon as possible. Changes to an order may not be possible after dispatch.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Orders

If your order is delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, contact our customer support team with your order number and relevant details. We will review the issue and explain the available next steps under our applicable policies.

For shipping questions, please contact us using the details on our Contact Us page.
